What’s our hourly rate and what it means to you, our customers?
Our shop rate is $140.00 an hour. After the first hour, we round to the nearest 1/4 hour. We have a $140.00 minimum service charge. We charge travel time. If labor is needed to complete your job, that charge is $70.00 an hour.

Septic Pumping Rates: Servicing available in Clatsop, Pacific, and Colombia County. $700.00 up to 1,000 gallons and .70 per gallon after the first initial 1,000 gallons. A trip charge may apply for longer distance service calls.
Septic Inspection and Reports Rate: $1,000.00 (includes pumping and inspection).
